Products sold on this site are digital books in PDF format. Price and language are shown before secure payment through Stripe.
Delivery
After payment is confirmed, download links are sent to the supplied email address. They expire after seven days and can be renewed on request.
Problems and refunds
For duplicate payments, defective files, or failed delivery, contact us with the order reference. Each refund request is reviewed under the applicable rules.
