Clementinium collects only the data needed to sell and deliver its digital books.
Data processed
Stripe processes payment. Clementinium stores the email address, order reference, acquired titles, amount, and delivery status. Downloads may temporarily record the IP address and browser to prevent abuse and resolve delivery problems.
Retention and sharing
Download telemetry is deleted after 90 days. Orders are retained as long as needed for accounting, support, and applicable obligations, then deleted. Data is not sold. It is shared only with necessary providers, including Stripe and SendGrid.
